The usage and topic of Mulan (film) is under discussion, see Talk:Mulan (1998 film) - 67.70.32.Police have since released a short clip taken on Libby German’s cellphone that shows a man saying ‘guys…down the hill’ as he walks toward them along the abandoned bridge. WP:SUBTITLE usually wouldn't apply here, but it's worth thinking about anyway. A US-centric title may be suitable for an American film, but this is a Chinese film and obviously targeted mostly to Chinese audiences. I am usually an advocate for WP:NATURAL but the current article title is too US-centric. The film's main box office came from Asia, and as can be seen from the Asian posters: China, Singapore, South Korea Thailand etc., it's all just "Mulan". As far as I can tell, the film was not even screened in the US. I do understand WP:Natural but with so many international titles, the current title just seems too US-centric. ![]() The UK uses 2 different titles, Mulan: Warrior Princess (DVD), and Mulan: Legendary Warrior. As can be seen here, only the USA uses the current title. Mulan: Rise of a Warrior → Mulan (2009 film) – IMDB lists the film under the current title, but even the DVD cover art on IMDB has a different English title.
